CAPAC Business Symposium will address transportation and logistics

The Panamanian Chamber of Construction (CAPAC) held next June 11, the second phase of the Business Symposium under the theme Macro Construction Projects.

This activity will include topics related to the field of transport and logistics sectors are among the fastest growing along with the construction.

Among the contents to be discussed at this meeting include: Plan for port expansion, Line 2 and Line 3 of Metro de Panama and the Panama Canal expansion: new business models.

The topics will be disertadas by Jairo Triana, VP Projects Tocumen SA, Agustín Arias Chiari, director of Projects and Planning of the Metro Department of Panama and Jorge Luis Quijano, administrator of the Panama Canal.

The Business Symposium is part of its activities CAPAC, in order to provide a complete picture of the economic issues that directly affect the construction industry that generates over 200 thousand jobs nationwide, of which 75% is concentrated in Panama City and surrounding areas.
